Not Your Average Boyfriend Jeans

Blazer: JCPenney similar here / T-shirt: Target / Jeans: JCPenney / Heels: Zara similar here

It's finally the weekend!! Yay!!! It's been one of those weeks that just never wants to end, but I'm so happy it's over! I wanted to share with you one of my go to comfy shopping outfits. If you couldn't tell by now, I LOVE TO SHOP!!! What women doesn't?!?! So I decided to pair my favorite boyfriend jeans with some classic black open toe heels and a bold lip to make the outfit a little more exciting. I added minimal accessories to this outfit because I wanted to keep it simple. My gold watch and my necklace compliment each other perfectly.

I want to share a little story with all of you and would love your feedback. I have a girlfriend who doesn't wear her engagement ring because she feels it will clash with her gold accessories (her ring is silver). I on the other hand believe in the symbolism of the engagement ring and will always wear it because I believe diamonds go with everything, even gold! I am a huge advocate of mixing silver accessories with gold ones or mixing diamonds with silver or any other combo you can think of because I don't like to discriminate! I'm curious to know what you think!! Leave a comment below on your thoughts. XOXO

  1. I wear my wedding rings (including diamond engagement ring) with everything. Metals are a neutral and go with everything. If she REALLY has a problem she could wear her gold on the other hand, but white gold/silver goes with gold great.

  4. Hello Lucky contributer,
up, my Italian Gramma always said it was bad luck to mix silver and gold! Although I think it is absolutely fine, I still get a chill when I do it!
